Arena Dream Factory is a young studio. Rather than dress up a client list we do not have yet, we are publishing our own projects — the tools and systems we build to sharpen the practice. Each one ships with its architecture notes.
A first internal project write-up is being prepared: the problem, the architecture, the trade-offs and what we would do differently.
Second study in the queue — including benchmarks and the measurements behind the design decisions.
Third study in the queue, focused on interface craft and how the system behaves at the edges.
Client case studies are added here as engagements complete and permission is given.

A logo wall proves someone signed a contract, not that the software was good. These are the checks we would ask for if we were on your side of the table.
Before any contract, you get our reading of your problem in writing — scope, risks, architecture direction. Judge the thinking, not a portfolio.
One shaped slice of the system, delivered in two weeks for a fixed price. Small enough to be a low-risk test, real enough to prove the point.
Repository access from the first commit. Bring your own engineer or a third party to review it at any time — we would rather be checked than trusted.
Any engagement can end at a cycle boundary. You keep everything produced, documented and buildable, with no exit fee.
Next step
If what you need is clear, we will shape it. If it is not clear yet, that is exactly what the first conversation is for.
